Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we treat returns a little differently.
Damage / defect
If your order arrives damaged or defective, share a video within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp. We'll replace it free of cost.
Made-to-order items
Personalized items (custom photos, text, neon signs) cannot be returned for change of mind, since they're unique to you.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
